Attorney Gary Blatter Should be in Prison for Committing Perjury and for Conspiracy to Kidnap

Corrupt attorney Gary Blatter of Orem, Utah and of Gary Blatter and Associates falsely claims on his websites that he is "Your Trusted Lawyer" when the exact opposite is true.

Gary Lamont Blatter was  indicted in 1992 in Nevada by the SEC on five counts of conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud. See Here on Page 2: https://www.sec.gov/news/digest/1992/dig031992.pdf

"GARY BLATTER, BLAINE CHAMBERS AND RONALD WHEELER, SR. INDICTED
The Commission announced that on March 10 a Federal Grand Jury sitting in Nevada returned a five-count Indictment charging Gary Blatter, an Orem Utah attorney, Blaine Chambers, and Ronald Wheeler, Sr., the former owner of Stoneridge Securities, with conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud. Each 'of the defendants were charged with: conspiring to violate federal securities laws, violating Section lOeb) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule lOb-5, and two counts of wire fraud. Blatter and Chambers were also charged with conspiring to obstruct the lawful functions of the Securities and Exchange Commission by filing a false registration statement on Form S-18. The prosecution involves sham initial "blind pool" public stock offerings and subsequent re-sale of those securities by Thomas Quinn through his European brokerage operations to unsuspecting victims in numerous countries throughout the world. [U.S. v. Gary Blatter, et al., CR-S-92-059-PMP, LRL, USDC, District of Nevada) (LR-13l90)"

Then in 1993 in Nevada, Gary Blatter then pled guilty to conspiring to obstruct the lawful functions of the SEC, using his cousins as figurehead officers and filing a false form concealing their identities. Gary Blatter was sentenced to 3 years probation and 200 hours of community service. See Here page 3: https://www.sec.gov/news/digest/1993/dig052193.pdf

"GARY BLATTER SENTENCED
The Commission announced that on May 6 Gary Blatter (Blatter), an Orem, Utah lawyer was sentenced to three years probation and 200 hours of community service. The sentence was based upon Blatter's guilty plea to conspiring to obstruct the lawful functions of the Securities and Exchange Commission in the administration of its regulatory function in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 371, relating to participation with Blaine Chambers and Michael Wright in the sham initial "blind pool" public offering of Messidor, Ltd. securities.

Blatter formed Messidor using his cousins as figurehead officers and filed a false Form S-18 with the Securities and Exchange Commission which concealed the identities of the true promoters. The Messidor securities were "boxed" in a sham initial public offering and then re-sold to public investors, at grossly inflated prices, by Thomas Quinn through his European boiler room network [U.S. v. Gary Blatter, et al., CR-S-92-059-PMP, RLH, USDC, District of Nevada] (LR-13645)"

Later Gary Blatter was disbarred from practicing law in Utah on October 21, 1994. See Here: https://law-journals-books.vlex.com/vid/vol-8-vol-8-937367227

"Gary L. Blatter has filed a Petition for Reinstatement to Practice Law with the Fourth Judicial District Court, Civil No. 940400036. Mr. Blatter was suspended from the practice of law on October 21, 1994, for violating Rule 8.4(b), Misconduct, of the Rules of Professional Conduct."

In addition to being found guilty for conspiring to obstruct the lawful functions of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Nevada in 1992 as well as being suspended from practicing law in Utah in 1994, the Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court also found Gary Blatter guilty of the following misconduct on other separate instances:

    1. Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another.

    2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.

    3. Gary Blatter offered to settle with client by paying her $2,500 but only if she agreed to dismiss her ethics complaint against him.

Then in our case Gary Blatter knowingly continually lied to the judge, lied to the parties, and made pathetic threats.

Without going into much detail to protect our identity since Gary Blatter loves to engage in lawfare against those working on exposing him and holding him accountable for his crimes, we recorded Gary Blatter on the phone multiple times and what Gary Blatter told us was completely the OPPOSITE of what he told the court. So long story short we caught him in yet another lie.

We presented that evidence of Gary Blatter knowingly lying once again to the court and he disappeared. Although no discipline or finding of perjury was made against him. And that is another issue that needs exposing which is the Utah courts enable misconduct of attorneys to happen because when parties bring evidence of misconduct to the court, the court officers, such as the judges, most often times do nothing which allows these attorneys to continue to engage in serious misconduct.

Gary Blatter is extremely dangerous because he has no regard for the truth. Gary Blatter has made a living of making the lives of families a living hell through his lies and serious misconduct. Gary Blatter should absolutely be permanently disbarred and Gary Blatter should be convicted of perjury as we proved more than ounce in our case he knowingly lied. And we have another audio/video recording of him of even more lies that he doesn't even know about.

This additional recording, along with other evidence that we have will prove Gary Blatter conspired to kidnap and thus Gary Blatter should absolutely be in prison.

Other Questions to Consider with Gary Blatter's Documented History of Unlawfully Offering Money in Exchange for Something Illegal:
Also something else of interest is there used to be a lot of negative reviews of Gary Blatter on Google Reviews but at some point the majority of those negative reviews on Google disappeared. And as was pointed out earlier, Gary Blatter was found guilty by the
Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court for offering to settle with client by paying her $2,500 but only if she agreed to dismiss her ethics complaint against him.

So this conduct of trying to pay money in exchange for removing complaints against him, or paying money to Gary Blatter either directly or indirectly in exchange for Gary Blatter himself to provide a desired outcome, raises the question if Gary Blatter has the ability to get negative reviews about him removed? And this conduct raises an even more serious additional question and that question is does Gary Blatter engage in bribery or paying money to others such as lawyers on a case, possibly judges or other officials or parties within the court system to get unlawful results in his cases in exchange for money or other favors?

And again without going into detail, in our case Gary Blatter absolutely did something similar to this behavior of making promises in exchange for money and this is why we are saying, with the evidence we have, that Gary Blatter should be in prison for conspiracy to kidnap.

This is great you're getting the word out about this evil pathetic swamp creature. I would never trust or use Gary Blatter, not if he was the last lawyer on earth. Thanks again.
